You will be notified by the email address you provide with your order when your order is ready for pick up or has been mailed. Sometimes we have orders packed up in a matter of minutes, and other times we need time to make your order, as many items are handmade in our studio after hours. If you do not want to pay shipping you can choose the free pick up option. Once you are notified that your order is ready for pick up, you (or someone on your behalf) can pick up any time we are open. Although we prefer you pick your order up sooner than later, we will hold onto your website order for several months if needed.
