Mailing + Returns
Most online orders will be ready for pick up and mail on our next business day (and sometimes on the same business day), however some items are made to order after the order is placed and may take one to five business days. The occasional order may take more than five business days to prepare; in these cases, we try to contact you via the contact information you provided with your online order.
PICK UP OPTION – FREE
To limit your interactions in store and to ensure the items you want are ready when you stop in we encourage you to order online, in advance, for free pick up! You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up, please wait for the notification before stopping in (check your junk folder). If you would like someone else to pick up your order on your behalf, simply give them your name and order number.
Your package will be mailed via Canada Post.
OPTION 1: Starting at $5 - Regular Post
- Please allow for regular post shipping time of five to twenty days (estimated arrival date, not guaranteed, but is usually much quicker!).
- Does NOT include a guaranteed arrival date, tracking number, or replacement if your package does not arrive.
- Items may be shipped off their packaging/display cards (but the cards will be provided) inside your package in order to ensure safe arrival and to keep the mailing costs as low as possible.
- Usually two-seven items can be sent for $5 rate, but shipping can vary depending on size, weight and number of items.
- Items must be under 2cm in height to send via regular post, larger items default to shipping option #2.
- *The majority of customers choose this shipping method/rate, and we have had very good luck with packages arriving in a timely manner, however it is YOUR choice which option you choose for small packages.
OPTION 2: Starting at $15 – Expedited Shipping
- Some items are too big to mail regular post and must be sent as a package, the website will default you to Expedited Shipping if your order is over the size/weight limit to choose regular post shipping.
- Generally, two to five business day arrival from mailing date (We cannot guarantee an arrival date on behalf of Canada post - for more information on shipping timelines visit Canadapost.ca.)
- A tracking number can be provided and we WILL replace your order if it does not arrive (I promise I will send your package regardless of which shipping method you choose, but if you want reassurance this option will give you a tracking number and replacement. With this shipping method we are both able to track your package online so we can both see if and when it is sent and if and when it arrives – if it does not arrive, I will replace it).

Shipping address: please be sure your type the shipping address correctly - if a parcel gets returned because you entered the wrong address we cannot refund your order and we will require you to pay the shipping fees to have it sent out again.
** Please note, packages are sent via Canada Post, shipping timelines are dependent on Canada Post and you can visit their website for more details on timelines. We mail out from Swift Current, SK, which is not considered a "major center" by Canada Post.**
We are happy to exchange eligible items that are unwashed, unworn + have their original tag for another in stock item within 14 days of purchase date with proof of purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
- Many items are custom made to order after your order is placed, custom requested orders are not exchangeable.
- SALE ITEMS: All sale, clearance and marked down items are final sale.
- EARRINGS: Earrings are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-negotiable for health and hygiene reasons. This means you as a customer can feel confident that you will never receive a pair of earrings that have been tried on or worn by someone else.
- PERSONAL CARE + DETACHABLE PACKAGING ITEMS: All personal care items (such as bath and body products) are not exchangeable. Items that can come off their original packaging and used or worn are not exchangeable (such as hair accessories).
- GEMSTONES: All gemstones are final sale.
- APPAREL: Please be extra cautious that you check the provided sizing info on the clothing before ordering. Return shipping will likely cost you minimum $15 (both ways) to mail back for exchange. Exchange for the same product in another size depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- STACKER BRACELETS: Please be extra careful and follow directions for your snug wrist measurement provided to ensure the bracelet you receive will fit your wrist. There is a fee to restring a bracelet if you need it resized. For your snug wrist measurement follow the instructions provided to ensure the bracelet you receive will fit your wrist.
- SEASONAL ITEMS: Such as holiday themed items are final sale (unless it is apparel being exchanged for another in-stock size).
If your order is missing an item or a product arrives damaged contact us immediately upon receiving your order and not longer than 72 hours of receiving your package.
Holiday Gift Exchange Policy
Eligible items purchased for gifts after November 14 will be accepted for exchange until January 15, provided they follow our exchange policy. No exchanges will be accepted after January 15, or without proof of purchase (receipt) or without being in original condition with tags on.
